I'm disappointed to have completed the NLP online course. In review, I'm wondering which came first NLP or CBT because they have a lot of similarities particularly presuppositions. Definitely something that I will continue my own education in.
I really enjoyed the yoga weekend. I remain skeptical of the chakras and tai chi, but appreciate yoga more and have been working some of the poses into some of my post run/workout stretches. Reading and sampling the Ayurvedic diet was also interesting and really illustrated to me how my diet currently lacks legumes, though I was a little bit dissapointed by the lack of spice!
Something I'm currently considering is how I might be able to contribute to other people's understanding of compound interest. I was thinking of how I found the concept really powerful when I first learnt about it at university, but a lot of people don't receive that and it's possibly those people who might benefit most from a clearer understanding of what a powerful tool it could be either for or against them. I'm just trying to figure out how best to convey the message succinctly.
ww.Darebee.com is a website that posts daily workout routines and challenges which I and colleagues regularly use. The website is a great resource and needs support, so please consider it if it suits your needs!
Contemplation: there's a t shirt that darebee sell with 3 heart icons; 2 of which are hollow and 1 is full... The slogan reads "I'm on my last life" - I'd like more people to realise this.
